Origins of Innovation

PEO-GOV's founders conceived the innovative concept of integrating GovCon-centric services into traditional PEO offerings as they incorporated a GovCon company within a conventional PEO framework.

As this integration unfolded, we encountered and tackled unique challenges concerning DCAA and SCA compliant timekeeping and payroll accounting. Through this process, our founders began to explore services that would genuinely benefit the GovCon community.

Our primary goal is to alleviate GovCon companies from the personnel and administrative burdens associated with HR and payroll, while simultaneously providing them with the tools and resources to strengthen their organizations and drive them towards growth and success. Leveraging decades of experience in both the PEO and GovCon sectors, our founders are adept at identifying cost drivers and initiatives that lead to successful outcomes.
