We include 3 seats for Federal opportunities using a customized version of a leading market intelligence platform. 1 seat for state and local opportunities can be added for clients whose business includes SLED. Our team includes staff who understand the power of the platform and can assist you as you customize and use this important business development tool. The resource includes:

  • Customizable search agents that can be based on any combination of NAICS, set-aside, agency, PSC code, or geographic area.

  • Agency forecasts, organization charts, and searches for Program Manager, and Contracting Officer/Contract Specialists.

  • Labor pricing database to search by job title, job description keyword(s), NAICS, Special Item Number (SIN), years of experience and schedule holder.

  • A customizable PWin matrix to help prioritize the opportunity pipeline.

  • A collaboration center capable of managing up to thirty active opportunities concurrently. The collaboration center offers a calendar view of your active pipeline, with the capability of managing milestones and tasks for each effort.

  • A searchable company database to help identify teaming partners.

  • Access to analyst updates, historical information including incumbent, pricing, scope, and other contract insights.

  • Direct links to opportunity documents and an electronic file cabinet to organize current, future, and past opportunities for your pipeline.


Staffing Assistance

Our recruiting staff will work with you to identify candidates for existing contracts, or source personnel within your business development pipeline. Our team will help you write job descriptions, develop posts for employment boards, and, when candidates are identified, perform basic checks needed to check security clearances.

  • Access to job boards (cleared and uncleared), initial resume screening and candidate contact are included in our standard services. We understand the balance between technical competence and the right cultural fit and include both aspects in the vetting actions for prospective employees.
